Early bird registration for this daylong event is $50/person until August 22nd; $59/person thereafter. Price includes lunch, a chance to win a door prize, and FAA WINGS-approval for qualifying pilots. We need 100 paying participants plus sponsors to make this work. We can accommodate up to 150 participants.

We encourage outreach to non-pilots, especially students and teachers, and especially those who have an interest in science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM). This event is an opportunity to introduce aerodynamic/aviation concepts to non-aviators! Ideal audience mix is 50% pilots, 50% non-pilots. Encourage women to attend as well.

We are trying to reach out to pilots and non-pilots alike. This event presents a unique opportunity for Ponderosa to reach out to our community with an aviation-themed program, while potentially raising money for the club.
