Privacy: We respect your right to privacy. We will not resell, distribute, or otherwise transmit any customer data to anyone else, including information that may be collected as a natural by-product of your visit to our Store.

Shipping: In general, we are able to ship orders within 48 hours of receipt. Domestic orders are shipped using U.S. Postal Service Flat Rate Priority Mail. International orders are shipped using U.S. Postal Service International Mail.

International Customers: Orders sent to a foreign country are subject to customs inspection and may be assessed duties and taxes in accordance with the particular country’s national laws. We cannot determine these fees. The buyer is responsible for all duties, taxes, and other fees incurred. For more information, please contact your local customs office. In the event the customer refuses delivery, the customer is responsible for payment of all return duties and taxes, and return shipping charges will be billed to the buyer’s credit card. Please note that it can take up to three weeks for international orders to arrive in your country, plus the time it then takes for your order to pass through customs. We have seen some orders take up to a month to finally arrive in the hands of our international customers.

Returns: Books may be returned within 30 days for replacement (if defective), or for full refund of the purchase price provided they are in resalable condition (i.e., undamaged and in the original packaging). Shipping and handling fees to the customer, however, are not refundable. Return shipping charges are also the responsibility of the customer.

DVDs are not returnable unless defective. Defective DVDs may be exchanged for the same title only.

All claims for damage, errors, etc. must be made within 48 hours from delivery of merchandise.

Before returning any merchandise, the customer must first contact us for instructions; returns will not be accepted otherwise. Absolutely no returns will be accepted after 30 days.
